Swiss alternative neo-soul artist MISS C-LINE returns with a delicate message on the new single, 'Delicate' with 'partner', Gabiga for some nu-neo-soul-R&B!

After previous singles 'Mellow Heart' (see review HERE) and 'Trust' (see review HERE) and as MISS C-LINE x Gabiga (Gabiga on production that is), the Swiss duo reflect "growth, healing, and trusting your own timing. Swiss alternative neo-soul artist MISS C-LINE, also known as Carolina, is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, singer and rapper based in Basel, Switzerland. Winner of the Swiss Music Awards in 2026, MISS C-LINE has been selected as Apple Music‘s NEXT UP artist in 2026. She has been attending the SRF Bounce Cypher for multiple years, and since her latest Album Releases “Mellow Hearts” 2025 and “MISS C-LINE & The Rabidz” 2023, her music made it onto remarkable radios like BBC6 (UK), SRF (CH), JazzFM (UK), FIP (France), KRCW (USA), Sirius XM (USA), MiSoul Radio (UK) and gained recognition all over the globe. Drawing on guitar, bass, and keys, his sound blends modern innovation with timeless influence (Anderson .Paak, Tom Misch, FKJ, Kaytranada, Pharrell). To date he has reached over 12 million streams across his own releases and productions for others. Review: MISS C-LINE - Mellow Hearts (C-Records)

Swiss alternative neo-soul artist MISS C-LINE returns with a massive album full of love and angst - this is going to be a "must have" this year. 

After previous singles 'Trust' (see review HERE) and as MISS C-LINE x Berlin Lama with 'U Don’t Want It' featuring Andi Allenbach, at last, the album is here that also features the smooth ear-warming track, that represents "the sweet, sensitive feeling of love, seeking a response from the other. It talks about a love that wasn’t able to flourish, hoping that the person will eventually come around and surrender"; the one with the flowing outro featuring flutist Fernando Brox, 'Broxi's Outro'. 

Recorded and produced MISS C-LINE this new single is an introduction to her 4th studio album, 'Mellow Hearts'.  Carolina is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, singer and rapper based in Basel, Switzerland who fuses soul, groove, hip-hop, jazz and aspects of European classical music sets her apart, enabling her to engage with a wide range of audiences. In similar fashion her vocals (a)cross US. R&B to Joni Mitchell to Sade and jazzy broken beat; check 'Distance' and 'Flying' to proper ballad, as in the emotional 'Misunderstood' (a popular felling as in Georgie Sweet's debut, see HERE).  

Not totally sold on the rap on 'Unique' but there's more than a nod to Jaco and it/the rest of the eleven tracks show how far she has uniquely matured from the 'And The Rabidz' album of that was played on BBC6 (UK), SRF (CH), JazzFM (UK), FIP (France), KRCW (USA), MiSoul Radio (UK) and gained recognition all over the globe.

Review: MISS C-LINE - Trust (C-Records)

MISS C-LINE has dispensed with the Radidz and formed C-Records for the lastest single from the singer, songwriter, rapper, multi-instrumentalist who delves into love's crucial issue with 'Trust'.

The album MISS C-LINE & The Rabidz (see review HERE) came out late last year and 'Trust' is just as a deep The Roots/Ms. Badu/Glasper-esque jazz/soul/hip-hop mix.

Unlikely to feature on Love Island/MAFS soundtracks (i.e. it's so much better than that) as this talented grad from Basel's jazz community is already a favourite of the Jazz FM, Mi Sou and FIP radio stations so it's a great idea to stay tuned.
